Raising a concern
We strive to deliver and outstanding service to the school community. Nevertheless there are occasions when parents have concerns about the education or welfare of their son or daughter.
Please do not hesitate to contact your child’s tutor, Head of Year or subject teacher with any worries that you might have by phoning, sending a message via MyEd, an email or by making an appointment to meet them.

Making a complaint
There may be occasions where you feel your concern has not been dealt with effectively or addressed. In these circumstances you may wish to make a complaint. Details of our complaints procedure can be found in our Complaints Policy (WeST) available Here
If parents have a very serious concern they should contact the Headteacher, where that concern will be dealt with speedily and with respect and courtesy.
All correspondence will be acknowledged and where a more detailed response is required, we shall endeavour to answer within three working days.
